What: Street Night Shoot
When: Friday, October 17 – 6:00 PM
Where: The Bean Cycle

Let’s see if we can get together at least a few of us and spend some time out in the crisp fall evening in downtown Fort Collins.

We talked a bit at our last meeting about night photography, and how it’s sometimes not wise to go it alone with all your gear. I myself like the grittier aspects of urban life, like back alleys. This isn’t meant to be a hand-holding session, as I presume most of you are very familiar with your camera. But let’s get out, shoot, tag along loosely together, and see what happens. Of course, if you’ve never shot at night, you are definitely welcomed to come out too. It can be a lot of fun. Bring your patience for those longer exposures and your tripod. I’ll have my new Phase One back by then, so I’m excited to give it a go.

We’ll meet at the Bean Cycle at 6pm (a little earlier than last time, so we can catch the twilight) and head out from there.
