We arrived back from a picturesque and weather-coaster week in Grand Lake, CO this weekend. Jess took lots of great photos, and I shot a ton of video. Surprisingly, I didn’t pick up my photo camera until the very last day on the drive out. Feels weird. I usually come away from these sort of trips with 500 images minimum.
All is well though. I got a wide range of motion photo; horses, moose, mountain scenery, camp fire close ups, river water abstracts, etc. Stay tuned, though it might be a bit before I can get any of those clips cut together. I’m still working on a piece from Veudawoo from 3 weeks ago.
Today is also my first day at home, ALONE, with wee-man Parker. Mom had to go back to work today. I’m very excited about spending so much time with Parker, but also a little apprehensive about what my work and creative productivity will be like. Any tips? So far so good. He’s asleep in his swing listening to nature sound effects.
Well, he was asleep anyway. :)
How excellent is that Father’s Day gift Jess got for me (above)?! If you’re a little slow this morning from a caffeine-deficiency, it’s bike tire clock, made from a real rim and tire.
