We always had a real Christmas tree growing up at home, but this is the first year I actually have my OWN real tree. In an apartment, it was always far easier to just put the lightweight and no-care fakies. With the high ceiling in the living room, we got to put up a gorgeous (insert species name, I haven’t figured it out yet) local tree this year that hits about 10-feet tall.

Wow, that picture is gorgeous. Your tree looks amazing. Wish raven could sit, and look that pretty under the tree to take her picture! The dogs look right at home.

Wow - it just doesn’t get any cuter than those two. The tree is a lodgepole pine for sure.
